Lumin is the most diminutive of his siblings but his compressed form holds a volatile concoction of magical prowess and an incendiary temper. An ongoing feud between the Vasile and the Rozalia's could use someone with his capabilities if he can manage to be controlled.

Lumin loves spending time helping his sister with her projects but isn't much good with technology himself. When he's not spending time with his siblings he finds ways to make himself busy with flirting with danger and strangers alike.

Celestyne is the head of the Vasile Noble family. He is among one of the first vampire beings cursed in their pursuit for power. He has seen the world before humanity was forced to live in what is now the kingdom of Vilanar, before the Jacknife mountains protected civilization from the wild magics beyond their peaks. A long life requires extended periods of rest, and during these memories can flit away like fleeting dreams. Because of this what has happened before Vilanar and the dark ages that followed its creation has passed into legend. There are some things however that Celestyne will not let himself forget. - The last time he slept a human king took power and carved away much of his land. This will be tolerated for now. - His oldest friend and ally Azrail Rozalia has crossed him and his in a way that he shall never forgive. He will take this transgression back by drawing blood and collecting ash in kind. It is these perceived wrongs that occupy Celestyne's thoughts and twist his every decision. He can be cruel, sadistic and judgemental but he has moments , every so often where the pain and anger that has ruled his life slips away to reveal rare moments of empathy and genuine love.

Zora Vasile is Celestyne's partner and is nearly as old as Celestyne. She came during the dark ages, the time before Vilanar was tamed and secured by nobility.

Zora is intuitive she often picks up on things that most would miss about a person and uses what she learns about them, their fears, desires and deepest secrets and weaves a delicate illusion for them.

She can be quite stern with her family, as the weak will not survive these troubled times.

Quiet, powerful and introspective, Balan is a man of few words. His parents consider him the most promising of the latest children they have been graced with. He can sometimes be protective and suspicious.

Dalca Vasile The youngest daughter of the Vasile family. She can be quite scrappy and adventurous but it suits her role in the family well in this time of turbulence. She has an affinity for tinkering with clockwork gadgets and shows up to formal functions with grease on her fingers… that she often wipes on the dress she is forced to wear. She is especially enamored with newfangled technology like electricity.

Valerius is clever and a bit of a romantic. Val is a dazzling individual and probably the most level headed of all the siblings. He likes to write and catalogue his experiences and thrives in social outings.
